Delivery & Returns


Following the placement of an order, full delivery instructions and essential details are sent to our customers along with a VAT invoice and delivery date. 

Your Delivery Date timescales* 

In the first instance please note that we use third party distributors.

We will contact you as soon as possible regarding your delivery date via email once the distributor has allocated the goods a delivery date. 
This is usually the same day or within a 24 hour period from your purchase

It is extremely important that you read and understand all the information regarding your delivery date. Please check your spam and junk mail folders if an email has not been received in the time stated above. 


Normal delivery time scales*

Heavy goods, ready made/off the shelf items.

Deliveries Monday to Friday, normally 2 - 7 working days. 

Delivery is to kerbside only

*All Items are subject to stock availability & delivery area.

We must be notified if there is access issues to your property. Please note some delivery vehicles are articulated/large lorries. 

Made to Order/Bespoke Items* 

Due to the manufacturing process, delivery will take longer. Should you have a deadline It is advisable to check with us prior to making your purchase. As a guideline made to order/bespoke items have an estimated lead time 3 weeks from date of acceptance

Made to order and bespoke items fall outside our normal terms and conditions for returns and cancellations, please see below 

Delivery times on the day*

Normally, between 7:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday

For most worktop brands we can obtain an estimated delivery time slot from the distributor. 

Some routes are via a two-day delivery vehicle.  

Changing your delivery date

Should you wish to change your delivery date It's usually not a problem however, you must inform us via email 24 hours prior to your delivery day we have given you. If your delivery falls on a Monday or Bank Holiday then me must be informed on the last working day prior to your delivery date, before goods are loaded. 


Your Delivery Information* 

Delivery is to kerbside. Large trucks are sometimes used for delivery, up to 30ft. Please contact us if you're unsure about access. The driver will usually usually assist with unloading to the front of your premises. **It is very important that you read the information below

Worktops & Large Items are Very Heavy

Laminates

**At least two able bodied persons must be present to help the delivery driver unload between the times specified on the delivery day. Please note, we use distributors on behalf of the manufactures for delivery

Please ensure that suitable items, i.e. gloves and footwear are worn during the unloading and delivery process where possible. eu weight rules apply. Weights for individual items can be provided. Please contact our customer services for advice if required. 01257 446149 

Solid Surfaces

**At least two/three able bodied persons are required to help the driver with unloading due to the weight

Delivery Areas & Additional Charges*

Whilst most areas are covered within the mainland U.K. a few areas are not, depending on items purchased. Prices and details of delivery areas for specific brands are listed on the delivery charges page.

Should the item not be available to your area we will endeavor to find an alternative product or supplier/carrier. Alternative carriers may incur additional changes. Alternatively a full refund will be offered.

Ordering Multiple Branded Items

Ordering multiple brands can be from different manufacturers warehouses; i.e. sink and worktop purchase. While some of our suppliers stock both items they may not stock both brands. Please check with us prior to purchase. 

There would be a charge per delivery. 
Additional carriage charges may apply. Please call our customer service advisers for further assistance prior to placing any orders with multiple brands


On The Day - Unwrapping and Inspection of Your Order

Please ensure you unwrap and inspect ALL items on receipt. In the unlikely event you should find discrepancies or damage this should be marked on the delivery note or refused at point of delivery where possible. We will gladly replace damaged items free of charge, providing you report the damage within a 24 period, via email. Worktops, splashbacks etc. must not be cut unless thoroughly inspected and within the time stated above. 


Your Fitters

We ask, please do not book fitters until your have received and inspected all your items. This also allows, in the unlikely event, for any incorrectly delivered or damaged item(s) to be exchanged prior to your fitting date. We are are unable to offer replacements for cut or fitted products.


Collection of goods.

Each manufacturer has its own designated distributor. Not all deliver nationwide. Collections are available for most brands or products. Please check with us for your nearest collection points prior to purchase.
