WORKTOP SAMPLES INFO:
Once we receive a sample request via our website contact form, this information or request will be sent to the manufacturer or distributor of the brand you have selected.
The manufacturer or distributor will then post them to you on our behalf.
Samples should arrive within 5 working days unless they fall under any exemptions listed below.
You may not receive all samples requested if:
- There are more than two of each brand due to postage costs and weight, (This mainly applies to solid surfaces)
- Out-of-stock samples. A brochure may be sent in the place of out-of-stock samples or brands that do not produce samples.
- Your postcode is not in the delivery area for that brand. Please check the Delivery Areas section on our website
- The samples are chargeable: Pietra and MAKstone can be purchased on our website. This is because of weight and postage costs.
Tip:
Before placing an order with us, please also check the manufacturer's brochures and website for other images. Worktop samples do give you an idea of the texture or shade for matching but do not reflect the true scale. Each small sample is taken from a large sheet so shading will vary with the sample depending on the decor.
