Before ordering worktops from us, we suggest getting worktop samples or viewing the product in a showroom.
Request for samples can be made through the Contact Us section on our website. We would simply need from you the brand and decor of the sample, your name, address, and email address so we can confirm when your sample has been posted.
Most manufacturers have a sample request section on their website but not all.
Samples should arrive within 5 working days unless they fall under any exemptions listed below.
Bushboard (Omega, Options, Zenith) samples have a longer lead time and can take up to 10 working days during busy periods.
Just to advise, we do not post the samples out; the manufacturer or distributor will post them to you on our behalf.

Product info: Kronodesign and Krono finesse are one of the same. They are stocked by two different distributors offering the same brand but in different size ranges. Please look at both the Kronodeisn and Krono Finesse to obtain the best price for your kitchen design
You may not receive all samples requested if:
- There are more than two of each brand due to postage costs and weight, (This mainly applies to solid surfaces)
- Out-of-stock samples. A brochure may be sent in the place of out-of-stock samples or brands that do not produce samples.
- Your postcode is not in the delivery area for that brand. Please check the Delivery Areas section on our website
- The samples are chargeable: Pietra, Atlantis shower panels, Derablok solid wood, and MAKstone can be purchased on our website. This is because of weight and postage costs.

Before placing an order with us, please check the manufacturer's brochures and website for other images. The samples do give you an idea of the texture or shade for matching but do not reflect the true scale. Each small sample is taken from a large sheet so shading will vary with the sample depending on the decor.
