Damaged Goods - Discrepancies - Shortages 

Please check and ensure your items are free of any defects or damage
as soon as they arrive, prior to any cutting and/or fitting.
We ask that you don't book in fitters, in case and in the unlikely event there is any discrepancies or damage.  

All goods must be opened/unwrapped and checked on delivery by the buyer and or their representative receiving them, for discrepancies, shortages and damage/defects.

All goods signed for are deemed to be in good order and condition. Any damage/defects, discrepancies, shortages whatsoever should be recorded and noted on the delivery documentation. 
You must report any damage and/or shortages via email in writing within
24 hours from the delivery date.
 
Subject to the this, we are more than happy to replace any damaged/defected items
free of charge. 
 
We are unable to replace items once they have been used, cut or drilled in any way.
