usually the same day, or within a 24 hour period from your purchase.

Normal Delivery Time scales

 Solid Surface Products: Normally  2 - 7 working days*

 Laminate Products: Normally  2 - 4  working days, dependant on stock and delivery schedules*
If ordered by 3pm, next day delivery may apply, please check prior to ordering.

Small Items: Normally  2 - 3 working days*

Delivery is to kerbside.
Large trucks are sometimes used for delivery, upto 30ft.
Please contact us if you're unsure about access.

(Driver will normally help with unloading to front of the premises)

At least one able bodied person MUST be onsite to help the driver
unload and sign for the items on the day. The driver will attempt to call prior to drop.

Solid Surfaces are very heavy
Two to three able bodied people are required to help with unloading
eu weight rules apply for these items.


WORKTOPS AND LARGE ITEMS ARE VERY HEAVY:
AT LEAST ONE ABLE BODIED PERSON must be present to help the delivery driver unload between the times specified on the delivery day. Please note we use third-party distributors/ specialist worktop delivery companies who have their own health and safety policies. Please ensure you have arranged for someone to assist the driver prior to his arrival if unable to assist yourself safely. Unfortunately, all worktop delivery companies have the same policies, in the event that you are struggling with arrangements for your delivery please call one of our customer service team members for help and advice. *If necessary please ensure gloves with a grip or safety boots are worn during the delivery process.

DELIVERY & FAILED DELIVERY
The delivery driver will usually call, 30 mins up to one hour prior to arrival
at your destination**


A charge of at least the original carriage amount will be levied for failed and or re-delivery.


 

We are not responsible for failed deliveries that are beyond our control,
e.g. third party transport and delays from our distributors, etc.

Please ensure you allow adequate time to receive your 
items before booking fitters. 

This also allows, in the unlikely event, for any incorrectly delivered/ordered or
damaged 
items to be exchanged prior to your fitting date.
 
Delivery times on the day.
Normally, between 7:30 am to 5 pm
Monday to Friday only


Delivery area and additional charges 
Whilst most areas are covered in the U.K. a few areas are not, depending on items purchased. Should this be the case we will endeavor to find an alternative supplier/carrier which may incur additional changes or give you a full refund. Ordering multiple branded items.  

Please note; ordering multiple brands maybe from different manufacturers warehouses.
