usually the same day, or within a 24 hour period from your purchase.

It is extreamly important that you read and understand all the information regarding your delivery date

Normal Delivery Time scales


 Solid Surface Products: Normally  2 - 7 working days*
 Laminate Products: Normally  2 - 4  working days, dependant on stock/delivery schedules*
If ordered by 3pm, next day delivery may apply,

Small Items: Normally  2 - 3 working days*

Delivery is to kerbside.


Large trucks are sometimes used for delivery, upto 30ft.
Please contact us if you're unsure about access.
Driver will normally help with unloading to front of the premises, they are not insured to enter private individual premises.


LAMINATE WORKTOPS AND LARGE ITEMS ARE VERY HEAVY


AT LEAST TWO ABLE BODIED PERSONS MUST be present to help the delivery driver unload between the times specified on the delivery day. Please note we use third-party distributors/specialist worktop delivery companies who have their own health and safety policies. Please ensure you have arranged able bodied people to assist the driver prior to arrival. 

SOLID SURFACES 

AT LEAST THREE ABLE BODIED PEOPLE are required to help the driver with unloading due to their weight.

All our distributors have the same policies. In the event that you are struggling with arrangements for your delivery day, or need help regarding anything. Please do not hesitate to call or email and one of our customer service team members will be able to help advise, give further guidance.

Please ensure suitable gloves, preferably with grips, plus suitable or safety footwear are worn during the unloading and delivery process. 

Delivery is at the drivers discretion and eu weight rules apply for all items. Weights for individual items can be given. Please contact our customer services for advice if required.



Multi drop vehicles are used by our distributors

**DELIVERY & FAILED DELIVERIES
The delivery driver will usually call, 30 Min's up to one hour prior to arrival
at your destination


A charge of at least the original carriage amount will be levied for failed and or re-delivery that is not our or our distributors fault.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries that are beyond our control,
e.g. third party transport and delays from our distributors, etc.


FITTERS

Please ensure you allow adequate time to receive your 
items prior to booking fitters. 


We are not responsible for your fitting costs. Please do not book fitters until your have received and inspected all your items. This also allows, in the unlikely event, for any incorrectly delivered/ordered or damaged items to be exchanged prior to your fitting date.

Whilst most areas are covered in the U.K. a few areas are not, depending on items purchased. Should this be the case we will endeavour to find an alternative supplier/carrier which may incur additional changes or give you a full refund.
