Lamar porcelain surfaces are 100% waterproof which makes then stain resistant and easy to clean with soap and water

Hygienic Surfaces:

Another benefit of Lamar porcelain surfaces being 100% waterproof is the reassurance that the surfaces are completely hygienic. This is because when you thoroughly clean and dry the surface, water borne viruses and bacteria cannot develop within the surface.

UV, frost and heat resistance:

Lamar porcelain surfaces are equally at home installed inside or outside. Hot pans and dishes can be placed on Lamar porcelain surfaces direct from the oven or hob without damaging the surface. And outside installations, for example surfaces for a BBQ area will not be affected by summer UV sun rays or a heavy frost during winter.

Safe and natural surfaces:

Unlike many products, Lamar porcelain surfaces are made from natural materials which are completely safe for food production.

Large format slabs with a choice of thickness:

Lamar porcelain surfaces are available with a slab size of 3200 x 1600mm which means joints are minimised and a single slab is all that's needed for the largest island units. Lamar porcelain surfaces are available in 12mm and 20mm thickness. Perfect for both worktops and splashbacks and other forms of wall panelling.
