Thank you for the excellent service we received. Your sales team were very helpful and informative and, out of all the main worktop companies we researched, SSKD offer the widest selection of top quality products (we did our homework). The product we settled for has the tough finish we were looking desperately for, and is, without doubt, far and above the quality of the worktop surfaces we have seen in retail stores, trade showrooms and kitchen suppliers.
The free sample service was very efficient and of enormous help in making our final decision as was the information and advice from your sales team (in particular a very helpful lady that my wife had discussions with). I would also like to give a word of thanks and praise to the delivery company, the driver was helpful and accommodating and the goods arrived on the dot.

Would just like to say that the service I received was very good indeed. I placed my order via phone (as opposed to online) as I really wanted to talk to someone first. It was good to speak to someone to arrange the delivery and I was given a 'discounted' delivery charge as the original charge I felt was too high for the product. I was impressed by the understanding and the fact that your company made an effort to reduce the charge which made me happier. I had originally ordered x2 lengths of Earthstone worksurface plus an edge and some adhesive a couple of years ago and was impressed with the pricing and the service back then. Naturally when I needed another edge and some more adhesive, SSK was my first choice. I would definitely recommend your company. Kind regards."
