Samples should arrive within 5 working days. If you do not receive your samples within this time, please contact us on our sales helpline (01257 446149 Option 1)

Bushboard (Omega, Options, Zenith) samples have a longer lead time and can take up to 10 working days during busy periods. 

Oasis is a budget range and therefore only brochures are available 

(During bank holidays and Christmas/Easter closures, there will be a longer than usual lead time).

Kronodesign and Krono finesse are the same product. No difference in the decors. The manufacturer has two different distributors. One has branded the original Krono as Finesse and also introduced different sizes. Please look at both to obtain the best price for your kitchen design.

You may not receive all samples requested if: 

1. There are more than two of each brand due to postage costs and weight, (This mainly applies to solid surfaces) 
2. Out-of-stock samples. A brochure may be sent in the place of out-of-stock samples or brands that do not produce samples. 
3. Your postcode is not in the delivery area for that brand. Please check the Delivery Areas section on our website

4. The following samples are chargeable: Pietra, Contemporary Solid Laminate, MAX-Top Quartz, and Fenix, can be purchased on our website. This is because of weight and postage costs. Please see the drop down menu of a product to purchase a sample.
