Your Delivery Day Notification
We will contact you as soon as possible regarding your delivery date via email,
usually the same day or within a 24 hour period from your purchase.
It is extremely important that you read and understand all the information regarding your delivery date. (Please check your spam and junk mail folders)
*Normal delivery time scales
Solid Surface Products: Normally 2 - 7 working days*
Laminate Products: Normally 2 - 4 working days, dependant on stock/delivery schedules*
If ordered by 3pm, next day delivery might be possible.
Small Items: Normally 2 - 3 working days*
*All Items are subject to stock availability & delivery area.
The above excludes bespoke or made to order items. Due to the manufacturing process, delivery will take longer. Should you have a deadline It is advisable to check with us prior to making your purchase.
Delivery times on the day
Normally, between 7:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
Large trucks are sometimes used for delivery, upto 30ft. Please contact us if you're unsure about access. Driver will normally help with unloading to front of the premises.
Worktops & Large Items are Very Heavy
**At least two able bodied persons must be present to help the delivery driver unload between the times specified on the delivery day. Please note, we use distributors on behalf of the manufactures for delivery.
Solid Surfaces (Apollo see note below)
**At least three able bodied persons are required to help the driver with unloading due to the weight. Apollo, normally a two man delivery service, no additional help required.
Please ensure that suitable items, i.e. gloves and footwear are worn during the unloading and delivery process. eu weight rules apply. Weights for individual items can be given. Please contact our customer services for advice if required. 0345 269 7517
Delivery Area & Additional Charges
Whilst most areas are covered in the U.K. a few areas are not, depending on items purchased. Should this be the case we will endeavour to find an alternative supplier/carrier which may incur additional changes or give you a full refund. If unsure, please feel free to contact our customer services team.
Ordering Multiple Branded Items
Please note; ordering multiple brands maybe from different manufacturers warehouses.
Additional carriage charges may apply. Please call our customer service advisers for further assistance prior to placing any orders with multiple brands.
On The Day - Unwrapping and Inspection of Your Order.
Please ensure you unwrap and inspect ALL items on receipt. In the unlikely event you should find discrepancies or damage this should be marked on the delivery note or refused at point of delivery where possible. We will gladly replace damaged items free of charge, providing you report the damage within a 24 period, via email.
We ask, please do not book fitters until your have received and inspected all your items. This also allows, in the unlikely event, for any incorrectly delivered or damaged item(s) to be exchanged prior to your fitting date. We are are unable to offer replacements if items have been cut or fitted.
Collections are available from various points within the U.K. depending upon the item(s) you are purchasing. Please check with us for your nearest collection points if unsure.
